Super Hero's Cupcake Birthday Cake

 My youngest grandson turned 6 yesterday and he wanted his Mawmaw Kappy to make him a chocolate superman cake and cupcakes with red and blue icing.... This was the first time I've made a cupcake cake. It's an interesting way to decorate cupcakes.

I just got finished making 50 cupcakes. These are fall cupcakes I made for a Sunday morning gathering. I hope they enjoy them.

Candy Bouquet

I have a good friend that is having a birthday this coming week. She lovessss chocoloate and my German Chocolate cake balls. So, I fixed her a bouquet of some of her favorite chocolate bars and the German Chocolate cake balls that I turned into pops.
This medium size tin basket contains 7 chocolate bars, 3 cake balls, and is embellished with sunflowers. It's gifted package ready to give.

Thanksgiving is coming up!

Thanksgiving is coming up and that means all kinds of sweet treats and desserts are going to be needed. Mini Cakes

These square Mini Cakes are a little bigger than a standard size cupcake. They're a generous single serving size portion. The Mini Cakes, that are pictured, are Swiss Chocolate with Chocolate piped icing. Talk about a chocoholic's dream!
